Based at Waitarere Beach for 19 years, I have been fortunate to live in this beautiful part of the country to raise my family. 

 

I am a qualified and insured Reflexologist (Dip.Reflex) and am excited to share what Reflexology can do for you. I am also an Approved RLD Practitioner having trained in the award winning lymph drainage technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet which may bring relief to sufferers of lymphoedema and other auto-immune diseases such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and ME.

 

My aim as a reflexologist is to ease symptoms and conditions/ailments that clients may be suffering from, and improve their general wellbeing; providing a caring, professional and holistic practice that is welcoming and relaxing. I believe I can make a positive difference to your health with the knowledge that I've gained,

Facial Rejuvenation Massage and Indian Head Massage are modalities I am qualified in. Both are deliciously relaxing, balancing the parasympathetic nervous system and drawing blood and lymphatic fluid to the head and face to nourish the skin and draw away impurities.

 

I hold a Certificate in Therapeutic Massage, which encompasses Sports, Deep Tissue Massage and Myofacial Release, and I am a qualified Waxing Technician, training with the Melbourne College of Hair & Beauty.
